Kindly RSVP by June 1st. Invitations will have a website that will bring you to our wedding website that has an RSVP tab, simply search your name to complete. Any RSVP received after June 1st will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors after this deadline- you will be missed!

Due to limited space, we are unfortunately only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation, everyone who has an invitation will be listed when you go to RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony begins at 4:00, we recommend you aim to be there 15-20 minutes prior to park and take your seat. The ceremony is also outside nearish to the parking lot so we would appreciate any distractions of being late.

The nearest hotel is the AmericInn by Wyndham in Greenville approximately 30 minutes away- this is where we have a room block. Call to reserve a room and mention the Staal wedding. These rooms are reserved for Friday & Saturday if needed, the rooms will go quickly so please book accordingly! There is also a campground called Oak Grove Camground approximately 4 minutes away for those interested in that option as well as some Air BNB's.

Dress code is semi-formal but we would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us on our special day. Please avoid white/creams. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors in the air conditioning so dress accordingly.

Wine, beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us. However, tips are always welcome for our fabulous bartenders!

We are having a "unplugged ceremony". Please refrain from having your phone out during the ceremony as we have hired a professional to do the picture taking for us. However, you are more than welcome and encouraged to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception!

If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to let us know at the soonest opportunity. If you cannot attend the wedding, please indicate your regrets on the RSVP tab so that we may plan accordingly. You will be so missed!
